Shipping Methods and Info

SHIPPING:

We ship our kittens by commercial air services using high quality travel carriers that ensure your kittens are happy and comfortable. Customers need to retrieve their pets at the airport or arrange for home delivery after they must have provided their full delivery details of their location. Home delivery is done at an (extra charge), depending on how many miles your address is far from the nearest airport close to address.

Your Shipping fee for airport pickup is $249.99 for kittens.This includes the commercial air transportation, and our very comfortable and secure safety travel carrier, along with a pet nanny to take good care of the kitten throughout the flight.


Kittens accessories, Products and Supplies (toys, feeding booklet, beds…etc) will ship using USPS ground services and shipping charges are determined by dimensions and weight. Shipping costs will vary accordingly. Smaller items that can be shipped in containment boxes with flat rates will be done accordingly, while larger supplies not fitting standard USPS flat rate boxes will be shipped and charged according to size and weight of products shipped.

*Note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

RETURN OR REFUND POLICIES :

In cases of damage, accidents or loss recorded during the shipping process the agency takes full responsibility of total refunds and if before shipping the kitten has health issues we offer another kitten worth the price of the previous kitten.This after being notified with a clear report from a certified vet doctor. Exceptional cases, where we can’t replace with another kitten, total refunds is sent to the the buyer with a few charges for time wasted.

On Accessories and Kitten Products:

You may return new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery, less a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within two (2) weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your complain and look forth to solve it out within (5 to 10 business days), this time takes us to process your return.

If you record any health issues with your kitten within 3months of insurance given by us please Contact Us with your number and email with details about the kitten. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to Proceed accordingly.

 

PAYMENT POLICIES

As of payment we make sure we use the best and secured payment methods which are easy to get updated with so as not to get mix up with confusion from both ends since we’re not a breeding mill to have all other means of payment.

** Note:BUYERS MUST UPLOAD A CLEAN AND CLEAR SCREENSHOT OF ANY PAYMENT MADE RESPECTIVELY SO AS TO AVOID DOUBTS AND FOR HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY REASONS.
